Here is another style Junco wallet that's been made from an authentic Louis Vuitton Monogram Agenda PM Notebook cover.  I removed the rings but left the pockets intact! 

This wallet is a bifold with a snap.  It has a pocket on one side, and a card holder with pocket on the other side.  The outside edges are a chocolate colored leather that have been stitched by hand, giving this a unique flair.
