Warranty, Return and Refund Policies
Warranty
For any keychains, jewelry, etc. that I put together myself, the warranty period is 6 months. Please reach out if you have an issue, and I will try to remedy it in the best way possible!
Please note that if you are purchasing a vintage bag from me, the only warranty I cover is for the work I do to the bag, and that is good for 6 months from the time of purchase. I cannot cover original zippers, linings, exterior material, etc. I try to pick the best bags to sell, but I have no way of knowing the history of these bags. I would be happy to see if I can fix any of these issues at your cost, but I can't guarantee that. Again, please reach out if you have an issue!!!
Returns
Unless an item is visibly damaged, returns are at the cost of the customer.
Beauty Bird Vintage has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the email receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me on IG or Facebook (@BEAUTYBIRDVINTAGE), or through email at kamharvey@gmail.com. Once I am notified and respond, you may repack the item and ship back to me at the following address WITHIN 1 day. YOU MUST PROVIDE A TRACKING NIMBER FOR YOUR RETURN. Please make sure it is insured, as I cannot be responsible for lost items! Please ship to:

Refunds
Refunds will be awarded once I've received and inspected your return. Your refund will be in the form of your original payment method (minus shipping cost), as long as your order is under $500. If your order is over $500, you will be given store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you reach out to me, it's possible I can hold the item for you.
