How cute is this bag???  This Junco was made from an authentic Louis Vuitton Monogram Pochette Cosmetic.  It's been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for a new owner!!

The Vuittonite is in really good shape, I've cleaned it, but a few marks remain.  It is not sticky.  The exterior canvas is clean, however the corners do show a tiny bit of wear. The leather end tabs are in great shape. I've added a beautiful silver/gold heart concho to the front of the bag, giving it a fun flair, and will be perfect this Valentine Season.  I've also added gold D-rings to the back and attached a gorgeous gold box chain strap that's so in fashion right now, it's 47" long.

The date code on this bag is CA0088, which indicates it was produced in Spain in week 08 of 2008.

About Vuittonite:  Prior to 1997, Louis Vuitton lined many of its bags with a vinyl-like material known as Vuittonite. It was used (and patented) by Louis Vuitton because its resistance to water makes it easy to clean. Unfortunately, when exposed to high heat or humidity, Vuittonite begins to deteriorate and peel away from the edges of the bag. Over time, it becomes increasingly sticky, forming a residue (which, in extreme cases, is black in color) that transfers to anything placed inside the bag.
