The Sparrow Crossbody Bag in Tan Monogram

This beautiful crossbody bag was created from a gorgeous authentic Louis Vuitton Trocadero 24. It's been revamped and is so much prettier now!!!

The bag is in amazing shape, no rips or tears, and very little wear on the canvas or vachetta, although I did dye it a slightly darker color to cover up some staining.  She's a beauty!!!  The strap holders had to be removed and replaced with brass ones, but they really look stunning!!!  The fringe on the strap covers up the tiny sewing holes from the original strap holders.  The strap is hand braided, with 6-strands of tan leather that is flat where it sits across your body, but then tapers into round towards the clasp.  The strap is 47" long. 

It's a fun and very functional bag, you'll be the envy of all of your friends!  There is one handy front pocket, a roomy interior with another zip pocket.  The inside of the pockets have been cleaned, but they're still a bit flaky...they are NOT sticky at all.  The dimensions of this bag are W 8.9 x H 5.9 x D 2.4".

Based on the date code (882 TH), this bag was manufactured in France in February of 1988!
