The Swan Crossbody - Vintage Gucci Horsebit in Brown

Don't you love the Horsebit pattern???

I believe this beautiful bag was originally a cosmetic clutch, but I wanted to make her into a crossbody bag. The bag had a Velcro strip closure (think Sherry line), which is not an ideal way to open your bag, it is not quiet!!! I've removed it (see the small pinholes on the inside of top trim) and replaced it with hidden magnetic snaps to keep the bag closed.

On the outside, I've added brass eyelets and O-rings that hold the adjustable leather strap (43-53inch). I've also attached a cute horsebit charm, but this may be removed if desired. The bag's structure is excellent, so it stays closed quite well. 

The interior is clean and easy to wipe out. I've shampooed the Horsebit material and didn't see any stains.  The leather has a "mottled" look to it, and is mostly brown with some darker marks in it.  The leather was cleaned and reconditioned and it's in excellent condition.  The edges have all been recoated, so this beauty looks brand new!!!

This is a nice medium sized bag that will hold a lot of things!  It measures W11 x H7.75x D4 inches.
