The Mallard Handbag - Vintage LV in Monogram with Fringe

This Mallard was created from an authentic Louis Vuitton Papillon 30 in Monogram.  When I received this bag, it already had the fringe added to it, but the handles and zipper were not functional.

The fringe is great quality leather and hangs down about 12" from the bottom of the bag.  I can shorten it if desired. I've had a professional replace the zipper with one from another LV bag (still authentic). I removed the original short worn handles and replaced them with braided leather ones and also added a crossbody strap so that this bag can be worn a couple of different ways!

The bag's exterior canvas is in really good condition and the interior is clean leather.  I've redyed the leather piping on the edges so that it looks new. This bag has got enough room for all the things, coming in at about 10" wide and 5" in diameter.  The date code inside is 842 which indicates it was produced in February of 1984.

This bag will come with a BBV dust cover and will ship Priority Mail or UPS.
