The Swift Crossbody GM - Vintage Monogram in Black

This bag called the Swift was created from a St. Cloud GM, and what bird seems to fly the highest into the clouds?  You guessed it, the Swift!!!

This medium sized crossbody bag is adorable! The St. Cloud's are coveted for their versatility, as you can wear them with anything, and they have a handy pocket in back.  I love this style, but it's hard to find at a good price! 

The exterior canvas is in great condition. The back pocket was sticky, so I've done my best to remove the vuittonite. I've dyed all the vachetta a beautiful black color. The original horseshoe buckle was torn off, so I've replaced it with a vintage LV button. There are some slight dents in the leather out front due to the way it was stored. She looks so unique now!  I've recoated all of the edges of the bag in black, so they are nice and smooth. This bag has got enough room for just the right amount of things, coming in at W9.4 x H7.8 x D2.3"".  

The interior of this bag in all leather with one small zippered pocket inside (I've scrubbed out the vuittonite as best I could).  I've added gold D-rings to the sides as the vachetta ones were torn.  I've attached a black canvas strap that is 1.5" wide and is adjustable from 30-52 inches.

The date code on this bag is 8911VI, which indicates it was made in France in November of 1989.
