The Swift Crossbody - Vintage Monogram in Black

Here is another Swift!  This bag was created from a St. Cloud PM, and what bird seems to fly the highest into the clouds?  You guessed it, the Swift!!!

This small crossbody bag is adorable! The St. Cloud's are coveted for their versatility, as you can wear them with anything, and they have a handy pocket in back.  I love this style, but it's hard to find at a good price!

I've dyed all the vachetta black to cover up the staining on the leather. The leather patch on the front has small dents in it due to the bag being stored with the hardware pressed against it. The strap holders were torn off, so I've added new gold D-rings to the sides.  The bag's exterior monogram canvas is in great shape. There is a small amount of cracking where the flap folds down, but it can't be seen normally. There is one small zippered pocket inside and an envelope pocket on the back which is perfect for your phone! The envelope pocket has a piece of material glued over the vuittonite, which was probably sticky. The snap is a little loose. The interior is clean leather, and both pockets (inside and out) are clean.  I've recoated all of the edges of the bag in black, so they are nice and smooth. I replaced the strap with a black leather adjustable leather strap (39-51").  This bag has got enough room for just the right amount of things, coming in at W6.7xH6.3xD2".  

The date code on this bag is TH0925, which indicates it was made in France in February of 1995.
