The Falcon with Back Pocket - Black Monogram Wristlet/Crossbody/Clutch

This beauty was created from a Speedy bag...and what bird is the speediest?  You guessed it ... the Falcon!!!  The entire bag was created from an authentic Louis Vuitton Speedy 40, so this is the biggest Falcon I make!  This gorgeous little wristlet/crossbody/clutch bag is all you need when you are out and about!  It’ll fit most cell phones, keys, credit cards, and a lipstick!  It even has a back pocket so that you can quickly tuck your phone or mask in.  

All of the monogram is lined with a black vegan leather in order to give the bag some substance.  The outside edges are black leather lace which have been stitched by hand.  There are black PVD D-rings stitched into the back so that you can go from crossbody to wristlet to clutch! There is a monogram wristlet strap and a black leather crossbody strap that is 48" long.  It is 6-strands of braided leather that is flat where it lays across your body, and then moves to round towards the clasp.  There is a small amount of fringe that hangs down after the clasp (this can be trimmed to your liking). The clasps are black PVD, and a beautiful vintage flower snap with a black stone center keeps your items secure. And remember, both straps can be removed to turn this into a beautiful clutch.

This Falcon measures 7.5”x 6.5”.  The back pocket is about 4.5" tall.

What is Black PVD :
PVD means Physical Vapor Deposition. It is a highly accurate plating process carried out in high vacuum environments at temperatures between 150 and 500 *C. It produces an EXTREMELY durable finish to prevent scratching. Typically, black hardware that is found in the marketplace is not PVD, and is generally considered a black spray paint causing it to chip and scratch off within days. PVD plating is the process used to plate high end watch hardware, golf clubs, etc., and the only successful way to make a black that will not wear off.
